These formulas are based on my 30 years of clinical experience, and continue to show successful results in my practice. Because of their popularity with my patients, I have made available formulas that I know to be effective. Chinese herbal formulas have a long history of effectiveness and safety.
Directions for Use:
All formulas come as an alcohol-extracted tincture. For adults, take one teaspoon of tincture, add a little boiling water to flash out the alcohol. [Also appropriate for children above 2 years. Follow directions on the label.] At one teaspoon, each 4 oz. bottle contains 28 doses.
Ordering
These products are available only to licensed health care providers. If you are interested in obtaining my formulas, please ask your provider – acupuncturist, chiropractor, naturopath, medical doctor, nurse practitioner, physical therapist – to order from us.
Wholesale Ordering and Shipping
If you are a licensed health care provider, we offer wholesale prices when a minimum of 6 bottles (any combination) are ordered. To place an order, contact us at info@drjakefratkin.com or call 303-554-0722. Be prepared to fax or email us a copy of your license.
Herbal forumulas ordered online are shipped via UPS only, and normally will arrive 2-5 business days after order is placed. We cannot ship herbal products to P.O. Box numbers, but to street addresses only, due to US Postal Service regualtions regarding the shipment of liquids. Call us if you need faster shipping by UPS or FedEx.
